Biblical Keys to Grief
UpdatedMay 9, 2023
But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
1 Thessalonians 4:13 Tweet
When someone we love dies, it is natural to grieve, but when the person who has died is a believer, we do not need to grieve hopelessly.
Dos and Dont's
- Don’t make any major decisions for at least a year. Do make short term goals.
- Don’t stay away because you don’t know what to say. Do bring the ministry of presence.
- Don’t try to intellectually solve an emotional problem. Do actively listen and provide a sounding board.
