If you would like to request that an announcement be put into the slideshow and bulletin, please fill out the request below by noon on the Tuesday before your desired Sunday start date (earlier is better).
To prevent overbooking, all events must be approved through the church office. In order to avoid miscommunication, requests will not be accepted in person or over the phone. A paper copy of this form is available upon request.
